Printing averages 1 business day. During seasonal volume, special-item production, or other higher-demand periods, printing may take 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, delivery within the United States normally takes 2 to 5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

We offer 30-day returns and our Tees For Singles Conversation Guarantee. If the shirt is not right for you, or you tried it and it did not start a conversation, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We’ll provide simple return instructions, and you simply cover the return postage.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days after delivery. To verify the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number and a short description of the problem.
• One clear photograph showing the entire shirt laid flat, with the design visible.
• One or more close-up photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or printing problem.
• A photograph of the size and brand tag if you received the wrong shirt or believe there is a manufacturing-related sizing problem.
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label if the item was damaged during delivery.
• A photograph showing a ruler or measuring tape if the issue involves sizing or print placement.
• If multiple shirts have the same problem, one photograph showing all affected shirts together.

Please do not wear, wash, alter, discard, or mail an item after discovering a visible problem unless we provide instructions.

Once we review and approve the claim, Tees For Singles will provide either a free replacement, including shipping, or a refund to the original payment method. In most approved cases, the item will not need to be returned. If a return is required, Tees For Singles will provide the instructions and cover the return shipping.

To change your shipping address in your account, navigate to the “My Account” page, then select “Addresses”. From there, you can edit your shipping address. You can also change your address directly within subscription details if you are part of the Subscriptions Member Plan.

You will be notified by email of your order status. 

Once shipped, go to the USPS Tracking page and enter the tracking number you were provided.  In some cases, the first part of the shipping is done by UPS, DHL or FedEx and may not reflect properly on the USPS tracking system.

We will ship your order in one package unless some items come from a different printing warehouse or is on backorder.
