These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TeesForSingles.com, its products, and related services (the “Site”). Tees For Singles is operated by SENSIBLE MODERN LIVING LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Tees For Singles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Products, Colors, and Sizing
Products are produced after an order is placed. Minor variations in color, print placement, and measurements may occur because of screen settings and normal production tolerances. Review the product information and size chart before ordering.
4. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.
You may request a cancellation or change within one hour after placing the order. Because production can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after production starts.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise shown. Prices may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Discounts and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combined unless expressly permitted, and have no cash value. Gift cards, if offered, are nonrefundable except where required by law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations, charges, handling estimates, transit estimates, tracking, address requirements, and lost or damaged-package procedures are stated in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, arrives damaged, or cannot be delivered as promised, we will provide the remedy stated in the Shipping Policy and required by applicable law.
7. Returns, Refunds, and the Conversation Guarantee
Eligibility, conditions, instructions, costs, exclusions, and refund timing are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Under the 30-Day Conversation Guarantee, every eligible shirt purchase may be returned if the customer wears the shirt and it does not start a conversation. Reasonable wearing and washing are permitted, subject to the condition requirements in the Refund and Returns Policy. The customer pays return shipping, and original shipping is nonrefundable. There is no restocking fee.
Approved damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect-item claims qualify for a free replacement, including shipping, or a refund. If we require such an item to be returned, Tees For Singles covers the return-shipping cost.
The Conversation Guarantee does not promise a date, telephone number, romantic interest, relationship, or any particular reaction from another person.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site unlawfully; interfere with its security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest content without permission; misrepresent your identity; or purchase for commercial resale without our written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its designs, graphics, logos, photographs, text, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Tees For Singles and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use protected content without prior written permission.
10. Reviews and Other User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have permission to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
You grant Tees For Singles a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute the User Content in connection with the Site, customer service, and marketing, including with the name or username you submitted. This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or independent practices. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Warranties and Consumer Rights
Except for the express promises in our published policies and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law permits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes the 30-Day Conversation Guarantee, remedies expressly stated in our policies, or rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tees For Singles and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from the Site or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Tees For Singles harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your User Content, or your material breach of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Either party may bring an eligible matter in small-claims court or seek appropriate equitable relief.
17. Changes
We may update the Site, these Terms, or the incorporated policies. When we materially revise these Terms, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the incorporated policies constitute the agreement between you and Tees For Singles concerning the Site and products and supersede prior understandings on those subjects.
